Southern Maryland Oysters Rockefeller

 3 dozen oysters in their shells
10oz of fresh, chopped spinach, cooked
1 tablespoon of parsley flakes
1/4 teaspoon of lemon and pepper seasoning
1 teaspoon of hot sauce
1 tablespoon  of onion, minced
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
1/2 cup of butter
Optional: grated parmesan and crumbled bacon for topping when ready to a bake

Halve the oyster shells and keep the oyster in the deeper half shell. Mix all the other ingredients together and spread mixture on top of each oyster. In a shallow baking pan place oysters in a single layer and bake in oven at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until oysters are bubbly on top.
