Cranberry and Leftover Turkey Sliders

Cranberry and Leftover Turkey Sliders

3 cups of turkey, cooked and diced
1 can of cranberry sauce
1 cup of mozzarella, shredded
1.5 cups of gravy, leftover or prepared packet
1/2 cup of butter
2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
1 dozen fresh rolls

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Combine turkey and gravy in a pot, bring to a boil and then set aside.Cut the rolls horizontally in half, keeping all of the rolls connected. Use a few tablespoons of the butter to spread on the top of the bottom portion of the rolls. Spoon the turkey and gravy mixture over the buns, then spread cranberry sauce over top. Sprinkle mozzarella on top of the cranberry sauce and replace the tops of the buns. Melt the remaining butter and brush over the tops of the buns. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake for 12-15 minutes. Remove from oven and cut each slider individually and serve!
