Less is more. It is an easy and great motto to work by in a wine cellar. When discussing our production you will never hear about some voodoo magic our winemakers have done to make the wine so good. The approach that is taken is simply to take less steps and use less intervention but do each task with exacting attention to detail and precision.
The team of Jordan Harris, Tim Kish and Kevin Goolsby like to make wines that they enjoy drinking. Those are wines with soul, some intrigue and especially that show a sense of place. While always working on some experiments to better our wines and themselves, the majority of our wines are made quite similar.
