Thank you for considering Tarara Winery in planning your organization's fund-raising event.  We are committed to the Potomac community, and we're proud to be able to support many of the efforts each year hosted by dedicated local organizations. 

In order to evaluate your request, please e-mail your event information and donation form to:      Kim.Parker@tarara.com         Subject:  Philanthropic Coordinator

Your request will be considered for eight (8) tickets to Tarara’s Toast to the Tunes Summer Concert Series (during the period of January through August) or sixteen (16) tickets to Tarara’s Tasting Experience (during the period of September through December).

It is not our standard policy to donate wine however we offer a significant discount for those non-profit organizations that quality.

E-Mail requests are the only effective method of ensuring that your request is considered.  Please provide your materials via e-mail at least 30 days before your submission deadline. 

If we are able to support your event, you will receive an e-mail indicating when our donation will be available for pick up at Tarara Winery’s retail room Monday through Friday between 11am and 5pm.  Donations will not be mailed under any circumstances as it contradicts our mission to be environmentally responsible.
