The menu will feature an appetizer created by Vaughn Skaggs from Market Salamander; three courses created by Chef Peter Smith from PS7’s Restaurant, and dessert by Jason Reeves from Market Salamander. Each course has been artfully created to be served with the paired Viognier.
Enjoy Veritas Vineyard and Winery’s 2009 Viognier; Pearmund Cellars 2007 Viognier; Horton Vineyards Sparkling Viognier; Winery at LaGrange’s 2008 Viognier and Tarara’s 2008 Viognier.
