How to join:
Simply make a one-time wine purchase of $1000 or more in our store or online, using your corporate credit card. Once we have your card number on file, just use that to make future purchases or book tastings, events, or Hospitality Packages.

Why don’t I just join the Vine Club instead?
The Vine Club has fantastic perks for individuals who want to enjoy the personal benefits of discounted wine, tastings, and free admission to our Summer Concert Series. The Cellar Club extends some of those benefits, and more, to large groups.
What if I’m already a Vine Club member? Can I use my Vine Club discount toward the initial $1000 buy-in?
No. The $1000 purchase must be made by the business entity itself.
How do I join the Cellar Club?
Just use your corporate credit card when you make a wine purchase of $1,000 or more in our Tasting Room or online at www.tarara.com. The $1,000 purchase must take place in a single transaction. Contact Sonya Farrell at firstname.lastname@example.org or 703-771-7100 ext. 251 with questions.
How long do Cellar Club benefits last?
Benefits last one full year from the day that you join.

Do group tastings at the winery require reservations?
Yes, all group tastings require reservations. Reservations are subject to availability of staff and space, so we recommend that you try to book at least 2 weeks in advance.
Do offsite group tastings require reservations?
Yes. Again, all group tastings require reservations and are subject to availability. Offsite event reservations must be made at least 2 weeks prior to the event. A 50% deposit will be due at the time of booking.
Is there a minimum required to do an offsite tasting?
For Cellar Club members, there is a required minimum of 35 people and 4 hours (to include set up and clean up).
What does the offsite group tasting include?
Basically, we bring our Tasting Room to you! We provide the wine, linens, napkins, stemware, ice buckets, tasting notes, and the expertise! We provide a guided tasting of 6 different wines (6 - 1oz pours per guest), as well as general wine education and discussion. However, we are happy to work with you to tailor your event to the hopes and desires of your group, within reason of course (see next question).
Will you come out and pour wine by the glass for our office happy hour / holiday party / summer picnic, etc.?
No. We do not have bartenders on staff or the license necessary to do so.
