For people who mean business! The Cellar Club is geared toward business owners and company decision makers who want to recognize clients, colleagues, employees, and other professional contacts. Find out how your company can enjoy preferred rates on case purchases, winery group tastings, offsite group tastings, Hospitality Packages, and our annual Fine Vine dinner!
Winery group tastings
Group Tastings at the Winery are available to groups of 10 to 100. Reservations are required and are subject to availability of staff and space. We recommend that you make reservations at least 2 weeks in advance. For more information about group tastings, click here.
Offsite Group Tastings
Let us bring the Tasting Room to you! You provide the venue, and we'll provide a guided wine-tasting, including wine, stemware, tasting notes, and all other Tasting Room accoutrements, as well as wine education and discussion. Reservations are required at least 2 weeks prior to your event and are subject to availability. Cost is $15.75/person plus an hourly staff charge, and there is a minimum of 50 people required (35 person minimum for Cellar Club members).
Summer Concert Series Hospitality Packages
Enjoy live music, dancing, and wine under the stars! Entertain friends and colleagues in the luxury of your own private space on Shadow Lake. Packages are available for groups of 16 or more. Contact Kim Parker at kim.parker@tarara.com or click here for more information.

What does the offsite group tasting include?
Basically, we bring our Tasting Room to you! We provide the wine, linens, napkins, stemware, ice buckets, tasting notes, and the expertise! We provide a guided tasting of 6 different wines (6 - 1oz pours per guest), as well as general wine education and discussion. However, we are happy to work with you to tailor your event to the hopes and desires of your group, within reason of course (see next question).
Will you come out and pour wine by the glass for our office happy hour / holiday party / summer picnic, etc.?
No. We do not have bartenders on staff or the required license to do so.
Is there a minimum required to do an offsite tasting?
Yes, there is a minimum of 50 people required for an off-site group tasting. The minimum for Cellar Club members is 35 people.
What are the benefits of joining the Cellar Club?
Join our Cellar Club and enjoy preferred rates on case orders, tastings, and special events throughout the year.

How do I join the Cellar Club?
Just use your corporate credit card when you make a wine purchase of $1,000 or more in our Tasting Room or online at www.tarara.com. The $1,000 purchase must take place in a single transaction. Contact sonya.farrell@tarara.com for more information.
