Hard to believe that the first month of 2014 is almost over, but it’s true! We wanted to take this opportunity to collectively thank each and everyone of you who visited us in 2013 and helped to make it such an awesome year! From our 90-point wines, to the record-breaking attendance at our Concert Series, to our inaugural Friday Night Flights season, to the Diva Dash, to the first Epicurience Virginia, it was definitely a year to remember! And it is you – the loyal fans, followers, and fellow Tarara enthusiasts – that make everything we are inspired to take on possible. So from the Tarara team to all of you – CHEERS!	Happy 2014 to everyone! The Polar Vortex is gone, Ice-capades have abated and we're diving head-long into the new year with some awesome events and exciting happenings! Check it out! January 90 Point Weekends It may not be 90 outside, but it will be these next two weekends in the Tasting Room! Yeah, we’re getting in the way-back machine with Mr. Peabody and Sherman… “Sherman, that sure looks like wine behind you… Care to share what you’ve been saving?” They’ll be taking everybody in the Tasting Room on a fantastic journey to revisit a couple of our Wine Enthusiast 90-point rated wines from last year. This coming weekend (January 18 and 19) we’ll be pouring CasaNOVA 2010 , with Tranquility 2010 on-deck for the following weekend (January 25 and 26). Supplies are über-limited, so get these wines while you still can as they won’t last long. Both of these wines are showing superbly, but don’t take our word for it - come in and see for yourself! Vine Club Pickup The first Quarter’s Vine Club wines will be ready to be picked-up this weekend (January 18 and 19), so come and get it! There are still a very few spots open for the second blending seminar on January 25, so if you can attend CLICK HERE to reserve your spot today! This will be a super-cool time… right Kevin? February The Crush Gala February 15 and 16 we’ll be helping all the star-crossed, head-over-heels, madly-in-love couples out there celebrate St. Valentine’s Day with a very special sit-down affair which promises to be bottled elegance. Live music sets the stage as you treat your special someone to a romantic tasting for two by the fire in our Great Room. We’ll get things started with a glass of bubbly, followed by a flight of wines for each of you, paired with local cheeses. Finally, we'll send you off with a bottle of wine and handcrafted chocolate truffles to enjoy wherever the evening takes you! Saturday, Feb. 15th and Sunday, Feb. 16th 3:00pm – 5:00pm Each seating is limited to 20 people. New Website Keep an eye on www.tarara.com, as we’re preparing to launch a brand-spanking new, shiny and clean, fresh-for-2014 website. Oooh! Aaah! The new site captures the essence of Tarara and we can’t wait to share it with everyone. New Bottlings Speaking of “new”, we’re bottling wines the last week of February and some of the run will be adorned with our new label and look. Again, we cannot wait for you guys to see it!
