There is no sign-up fee to join Tarara’s Vine Club. It’s free to join!
2) Is there a one year commitment?
Yes, there is a one year, four quarter commitment to receive the many benefits of the vine club membership. That’s one year jammed pack with awesome wine!
3) What club options are available?
· Artisan Winemaker’s Select is a selection of both red and white wines
· Artisan Red Select is a selection of red wines only
· Artisan White Select is a selection of white wines only
· Artisan Single Vineyard is 3 bottles of one single vineyard wine (may be red or white)
*Case Club is a customizeable full case selection of our wines, to join please call the winery directly, or visit us in our Tasting Room.

4) How am I charged?
You will be charged quarterly for the three wines you receive. * The charges reflect a 20% discount on the retail price of the wines included in the club shipment and are processed automatically using the credit card number on file.
5) Why should I join the Vine Club?
Why, you say? Why not! Tarara’s Vine Club is the best way to enjoy Tarara and our wines year-round. Every wine selection is tailored to bring you the very best and offer you exclusive access to very limited and wines available only to Vine Club members! Each season also brings a variety of Members Only events. Our Vine Club truly is the ultimate wine experience!
6) How long does membership last?
A Vine Club membership is a one year, four package commitment. Memberships are continually renewed after the first year until a cancellation notice is given. Notice must be received one month prior to package releases.
7) When do I receive my wine?
Vine Club packages are released four times per year - February, May, July, and November. You will receive notification prior to the release date to inform you of credit card processing and the availability of your wine. Wine is shipped via FedEx Ground, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number. During the summer months shipments may be delayed if extreme temperatures exist. If you’ve selected the Pick Up option packages will be available in Tarara’s tasting room during regular business hours after you have received notification of the release date. Substitutions may be necessary if wine is not picked up in the current quarter.
8) If I’ve selected “Ship Option”, how is the wine delivered?
Wine is shipped via FedEx Ground, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number. During the summer months shipments may be delayed if extreme temperatures exist.An adult signature is required and three attempts will be made to secure delivery after which time the package will be available for pickup at the winery. Returnedshipments and redelivery charges will be billed to the credit card on file. Because all shipping companies must obtain an adult signature upon delivery of wine, it is recommended that you have your wine shipped to a business address.
9) Do I need to be home to receive the wine shipment?
All shipping companies must obtain an adult signature upon delivery of wine, therefore someone over the age of 21 must sign for the package. FedEx will deliver on Saturday. It is recommended that you have your wine shipped to a business address.
10) What if I did not receive my most recent shipment?
If you did not receive your most recent package, please contact Bryan at 703-771-7100 or email@example.com. In most cases, we are in need of updated account information to properly process the quarterly fee. Once we receive updated information, your wine will be shipped to you or available for pickup at the winery. Please contact us three (3) weeks prior to shipment with address and account updates to receive your package on time.
11) May I purchase a membership as a gift?
Of course! A Vine Club membership is a timeless, delicious gift for nearly anyone in your life. The variety of wine, events and benefits suit any palate and occasion. Simply join using your billing information and the recipient’s shipping information. You may pay for the entire year up front, or opt to have your credit card charged quarterly. Please be sure to specify whether the recipient will be picking up their package or have it shipped to them.
12) Can I belong to more than one club?
Yes, you are welcome to join the Winemakers Select, White Wine Select, Reds Only, and Single Vineyard Club. The more clubs you are in, the more exclusive wines you’ll enjoy!
13) Can my friend pickup my wine for me?
Vine club packages are retrieved at the winery using identification linked to the member’s account. Please contact the Vine Club manager to arrange an alternate pickup with written approval. All benefits are non-transferable.
14) How do I cancel my membership?
A Vine Club membership is a one year, four package commitment. After this point, written cancellations may be made via email to Bryan at firstname.lastname@example.org. In order for us to continually improve our member’s experience, we ask that you include the reason for cancellation in your notification.
15) Can my friend/family member use my Vine Club benefits?
Sorry, no. Vine club benefits are for members to enjoy and the benefits are non-transferable.
16) How can I update my Vine Club information?
When you join Tarara’s Vine Club you have a login
that allows you to access your account and update information. Your user name is the email address that we have on file. To obtain your password the first time to login, click on the link "forgot your password?" and you will receive an email with an auto-generated password.
After you received the password,you can update your profile pages and customize your password.
17) How can I make online purchases using my Vine Club discount?
When you join Tarara’s Vine Club you are assigned a login

18) What if I do not pick up any wine during the term of my membership?
If you have opted to pick up your wine and it is not picked up by end of the membership year, your wine will be shipped to you and the shipping charges will be applied to your credit card on file. As many of the wines are limited in quantity, substitutions may be necessary. The way to avoid substitutions, however, is to visit us regularly and often! We want to hang out with you!
